Job summary

Sun Life Grepa Financial, Inc. in the Philippines seeks an Agency Recruitment & Activation Manager to lead recruitment and development for agency leaders and financial advisors. You will shape onboarding programs, drive retention, and coordinate sourcing activities to build a strong advisory force.

The role requires at least 3 years in recruitment and people development, with strong facilitation and presentation skills. A hybrid work setup and opportunities for growth support your success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any course.
• At least 3 years solid experience in Recruitment and People Development in Life Insurance or Sales.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Training background is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Recruits Agency Leaders and Financial Advisors.
• Conducts onboarding programs for new advisors within 90 days.
• Organizes recruitment activities and sources through leads platforms.
• Converts attendees to coded Financial Advisors.

What you will do as Agency Recruitment & Activation Manager:

• Recruits Agency Leaders & Financial Advisors
• Conducts onboarding program for the newly coded advisors within the first 90 days to increase retention and productivity
• Organizes recruitment activities and sources through leads generation platforms
• Converts business opportunities program attendees to coded Financial Advisors

We are looking for someone who has:

• Bachelor's Degree in any course
• At least 3 years solid experience in Recruitment and People Development gained from Life Insurance Industry or any Sales Industry
• Good facilitation and presentation skills
• Training background (advantage)
• Experience in insurance sales (advantage)
