Job summary

Manulife is seeking an Agency Development Manager in the Philippines to lead disciplined implementation of agency programs, drive recruitment, onboarding, activation, productivity and capability development across Regions and Branches.

You will translate strategy into executable plans, monitor KPIs, coordinate with Financial Advisors and Agency Leaders, and ensure timely delivery with accountability and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in agency sales, agency development, program management or business implementation.
• At least 2 years in a leadership or manager-level role with experience in cross-functional coordination and execution oversight.
• Strong understanding of agency distribution

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end implementation of agency programs and initiatives covering recruitment, onboarding, activation, productivity and training across assigned Regions and Branches.
• Develop rollout plans, implementation schedules, success measures and governance mechanisms to ensure disciplined delivery.
• Coordinate closely with Financial Advisors, Agency Leaders and internal stakeholders to align execution requirements, secure support and remove barriers that may delay delivery.
• Monitor execution progress, resolve implementation issues promptly and ensure activities, campaigns and interventions are completed to standard and within timeline.
• Drive consistency, follow-through and continuous improvement by reviewing program outcomes, capturing lessons learned and refining execution processes over time.
