Job summary

Manulife Financial Philippines is seeking an Agency Development Manager to lead disciplined implementation of agency programs driving recruitment, onboarding, activation, productivity, and capability development across Regions and Branches.

You translate strategic priorities into executable plans, track milestones, resolve issues, and ensure delivery standards with measurable impact. A minimum 5 years in agency sales or program management and leadership is required. Hybrid work setup offered.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of relevant experience in agency sales, agency development, program management, or business implementation.
At least 2 years in a leadership role with cross-functional coordination and execution oversight.
Strong understanding of agency distribution.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end implementation of agency programs across Regions and Branches.
Develop rollout plans, schedules, governance, and success measures.
Coordinate with Financial Advisors, Agency Leaders, and partners to align requirements and remove barriers.
Monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure activities are completed on time.
Drive continuous improvement by reviewing outcomes and capturing lessons learned.
