Job summary

Manulife is seeking an Agency Development Manager to lead disciplined implementation of agency programs across regions and branches. You will translate strategy into actionable plans, monitor milestones, and drive recruitment, onboarding, activation, and productivity improvements.

You will manage performance against KPIs and escalate gaps with timely, actionable insights. The role emphasizes collaboration with Financial Advisors and agency leaders, ensuring consistent delivery and measurable

Qualifications

At least 5 years of relevant experience in agency sales, agency development, program management, or business implementation.
At least 2 years in a leadership or manager-level role with cross-functional coordination and execution oversight.

Responsibilities

Lead the disciplined implementation of agency programs and initiatives across regions and branches.
Translate strategic priorities into executable plans, milestones, and support requirements.
Track performance against KPIs and provide timely execution reviews and insights.
Own end-to-end program execution for recruitment, onboarding, activation, productivity and training.
Coordinate with Financial Advisors, Agency Leaders and internal stakeholders to align requirements and remove barriers.
