Job summary

Manulife Financial is seeking an Agency Development Manager to lead disciplined execution of agency programs, drive recruitment, onboarding, activation, and productivity, and develop capabilities across regions and branches.

You will work with Financial Advisors and leaders to align strategies, track KPIs, and ensure timely delivery while embedding continuous improvement and accountability in execution processes.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in agency sales, agency development, program management, or business implementation.
• At least 2 years in a leadership or manager-level role with cross-functional coordination and execution oversight.
• Strong understanding of agency distribution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the disciplined implementation of agency programs and initiatives in recruitment, onboarding, activation, productivity and capability development.
• Track KPIs, milestones and outcomes; provide timely updates and actionable insights.
• Escalate execution gaps and reinforce accountability to ensure on-time delivery.
• Own end-to-end implementation of agency programs across Regions and Branches, including rollout plans and governance.
• Coordinate with Financial Advisors, Agency Leaders and internal stakeholders to remove barriers and align execution requirements.
