Job summary

Manulife Philippines is seeking an Agency Development Manager to lead disciplined implementation of agency programs across regions and branches. You will translate strategy into executable plans, track milestones, resolve issues, and ensure delivery standards with accountability and measurable impact.

You will drive recruitment, onboarding, activation, productivity, and capability development, partnering with Financial Advisors and leaders to remove barriers and sustain growth within a hybrid

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in agency sales, agency development, program management, or business implementation.
• At least 2 years in a leadership/manager role with cross-functional oversight.
• Strong understanding of agency distribution and field operations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation of agency programs across Regions and Branches.
• Develop rollout plans, schedules, success measures, and governance.
• Coordinate with Financial Advisors, Agency Leaders, and internal stakeholders to align execution requirements.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
• Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and refining processes.
