• Performance Management: Track KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve delivery quality and impact.
• Program Execution: Own end-to-end implementation of agency programs across Regions and Branches; coordinate with Financial Advisors and Agency Leaders to remove barriers and ensure timely delivery.
