Job summary

Manulife Philippines is seeking a Program Manager to lead agency strategy and end‑to‑end program execution across recruitment, onboarding, activation, productivity, and training. You will translate strategic direction into practical plans and work with Financial Advisors and agency leaders to remove barriers and ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years’ experience in agency sales or program management, with leadership exposure and strong cross‑functional coordination.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in agency sales, agency development, program management, or business implementation.
• At least 2 years in a leadership or manager-level role with cross-functional coordination and execution oversight.
• Strong understanding of agency distribution.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation of agency programs across recruitment, onboarding, activation, productivity, and training.
• Develop rollout plans, implementation schedules, and governance mechanisms to ensure disciplined delivery.
• Coordinate with Financial Advisors, Agency Leaders and internal stakeholders to align execution requirements, secure support, and remove barriers.
