• Build and manage a strong pipeline with Agency Leaders and Sales Management.
• Oversee onboarding to ensure licensing, compliance, and training milestones are met.
• Monitor activation status and provide interventions to avoid delays or drop-offs.
• Provide regular reporting, dashboards, and reviews to track performance.
