This role coordinates progress reporting, governance meetings, and provides actionable insights to drive agency growth, productivity, and retention. Candidates should have 7–10+ years in life insurance, PM skills, and proficiency in Excel, Project, Power BI.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in life insurance industry, preferably within agency distribution, sales management, or business planning.
• Strong understanding of life insurance metrics (APE, NBV, persistency, agent productivity, etc.) and sales analytics
• Strong project management and execution skills, ideally PM certified
• Proficiency in Excel, Project and reporting/dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution, tracking, and governance of strategic initiatives across the agency distribution channel.
• Coordinate progress reporting, governance meetings, and provide actionable insights to drive growth, productivity, and retention.
• Develop and maintain centralized tracking for agency initiatives; monitor milestones and risks; align with business plans.
• Support dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports to monitor results and drive accountability.
• Collaborate with Agency Distribution Heads, Agency Leaders, Training, Operations, and Marketing teams.
• Facilitate governance forums and management reviews; ensure timely reporting of KPI performance and risks.
