Qualifications

• Registered Mechanical Engineer; or related course; at least 3 years automotive service experience as service advisor or parts man.
• Proficient with computer applications.
• Able to write business letters/emails.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Results-oriented; Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Growth and profitability through target achievement and development of quality personnel.
• Achieve 100% KPI for after-sales (parts and service).
• Analyze potential market and strategize market penetration.
• Ensure service reports and forms are accurately completed and submitted.
• Study competition and benchmark operations policies/procedures.
• Create marketing plans to increase productivity, revenues, and profit.
• Assist and guide subordinates to achieve KPIs.
• Participate in performance evaluations of all Service and Parts personnel.
• Stay updated with technical bulletins, new products, and manufacturer announcements.
• Maintain compliance with waste disposal regulations.
