Qualifications

• Registered Mechanical Engineer with relevant automotive service background.
• Minimum 3 years experience as service advisor or parts man.
• Proficient in computer applications and office software.
• Ability to write professional business letters and emails.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Service Manager in handling all aspects of the Service Department, pursuing targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Ensure KPI targets are met; analyze market opportunities and monitor reporting and deadlines.
• Utilize operational tools to track performance and prepare required service reports.
• Study competition and benchmark best practices for service operations.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to increase productivity, revenues, and profits.
• Guide subordinates to achieve KPIs and visit corporate accounts to promote the company image.
