Grand Canyon Multi-Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Aftersales Manager to lead our aftersales operations across our hospitality brands in Quezon Ave, Philippines.

You will drive customer satisfaction, oversee a team, and collaborate with sales, operations, and product teams. The ideal candidate has at least five years in aftersales or customer service leadership within hospitality or travel, excellent communication, data analysis skills, and willingness to work evenings or weekends when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in hospitality/tourism.
• Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and aftersales operations.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to improve aftersales processes.
• Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead and mentor a team of aftersales representatives.
• Collaborate with other departments for a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
• Conduct training and development programs for aftersales staff.
• Create and maintain aftersales reports and metrics.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Understand products and services to address customer needs.
• Participate in budget planning.
