Job summary

Civicom Pacific Corp. is seeking a Security Coordinator to manage communications and coordinate security activities during night shifts and weekends, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.

Initial training is onsite in Alabang (9 PM–6 AM) for one week, followed by a transition to work-from-home under a strict Business Continuity Plan. You will monitor guard check-ins, coordinate vendor arrivals, and keep stakeholders informed to ensure smooth after-hours operations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to respond promptly to inquiries and updates.
• Attention to detail in updating records and monitoring check-ins/check-outs.
• Ability to follow procedures and coordinate multiple work orders.
• Proven problem-solving skills in a coordination role.
• Willingness to work night shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with vendors, managers, clients, and team members about ongoing jobs and updates.
• Follow up on work orders during nights and weekends to ensure progress.
• Monitor security guards’ check-ins and check-outs for accurate recording.
• Answer calls and group chats promptly and assist with inquiries or urgent concerns.
• Find new vendors when needed and discuss/negotiate pricing for work orders.
• Manage IVR check-in/check-out procedures and update systems and ETAs.
• Keep emails and records organized for easy tracking and follow-up.
• Report issues and provide updates to all stakeholders involved.
