Job summary

Civicom in Alabang, Philippines, is seeking Dispatch Coordinators who can coordinate between vendors and managers for project success. This is an after-hours, onsite role that requires strong communication, organization, and a proactive mindset.

You will handle calls, schedule work orders, track ETAs, recruit vendors, and support teams while maintaining asset information. A competitive PHP 30,000–35,000 total package, weekly off-hours schedule, and health coverage are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in voice and non-voice BPO customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication with strong email/phone etiquette.
• Ability to work independently during after-hours shifts and collaborate with onshore/offshore teams.
• Strong coordination and multitasking to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Active listening, clear communication and relationship building across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and manages emails and task tracking during the after-hours shift.
• Handles inbound/outbound calls and monitors the group line outside regular hours.
• Communicates with vendors and managers to ensure clarity and alignment on projects.
• Dispatches work orders by reviewing history and coordinating logistics between vendors and clients.
• Verifies client ETAs and addresses potential conflicts or delays.
• Maintains vendor contact to track progress and resolve issues.
• Uses IVR for check-ins, updates work orders, and provides client updates.
• Negotiates rates for labor and travel within budget guidelines.
• Attends weekly meetings and supports teammates with overflow tasks.
