Job summary

IBEX Global Solutions (Philippines) Inc. in Alabang is seeking a Security Account Admin Coordinator to join on-site night shift. The role focuses on arming/disarming security panels, updating accounts, and assisting clients through the security portal.

You will maintain client contact lists, perform code updates, generate reports, and provide prompt, professional support. A detail-oriented, reliable team member who can work independently and as part of a team will fit well.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in security system management is a plus but not required.
• Experience with customer support (BPO) or technical assistance (TSR) is beneficial.
• Willingness to work on-site in Alabang with night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Arming and disarming security panels as per client schedules and requests.
• Updating security codes accurately in the system as requested by clients.
• Maintaining and updating client contact lists and associated security codes.
• Providing walkthrough assistance to clients on using the security system portal.
• Responding to client inquiries and troubleshooting basic issues with their security systems.
• Maintaining accurate records of arming/disarming activities and account updates and generating regular reports.
