Job summary

Okos is a growing security solutions provider delivering access control, video surveillance, and related technologies to commercial clients. We are seeking a Security Project Coordinator to drive security-focused projects from initiation to closure, working remotely from the Philippines during night hours.

You will act as hub between technical security teams, management, and external stakeholders, with 5+ years’ experience, and you’ll coordinate, track progress, manage risks, and report status

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in project coordination or operations.
• Willingness to work night shift 9:00 PM–5:00 AM PHT.
• Based in the Philippines with a quiet home office setup and reliable internet.
• Proficient in English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple security projects.
• Coordinate IT/security engineers, vendors, and clients.
• Maintain project dashboards, risk logs, and status reports.
• Lead virtual alignment meetings during the night shift.
• Identify risks and escalate to senior leadership with solutions.
• Recommend workflow improvements for efficiency and security.
