Job summary

Concentrix Makati is seeking an Advisor I, B2B Sales who excels at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

The role is onsite in Makati (Glorietta) with high earning potential including commissions and benefits. A background in BPO sales and strong English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Finished at least 1 year in College
• At least 2 years of BPO experience with at least 1 year in BPO Sales
• Self-motivated and target-driven with proven ability to achieve goals
• Knowledge of customer service principles and call center technology
• Excellent phone and active listening skills
• Good data entry and typing skills
• Coachable and positive attitude
• Team player and able to work with others
• Willing to work onsite in Makati (Glorietta 5 site)
