Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a sales-focused professional in Metro Manila to drive revenue through active account engagement and strategic selling of LED wall and media display solutions.

You will manage the sales pipeline, identify new advertisers, and craft compelling proposals. Travel within Metro Manila and occasional out-of-town blitzes are expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Mass Communications, or related field.
• Solid background in sales, advertising account management, or media solutions.

Responsibilities

• Account engagement and regular relationship-building with tenants and clients.
• Sell advertising products, media packages, and services to hit monthly targets.
• Identify, profile, and acquire corporate advertisers and market opportunities.
• Formulate and deliver strategic marketing proposals addressing clients' needs.
• Present media locations and services to potential advertisers with confidence.
• Generate and manage sales leads; maintain a clean client database.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time execution of campaigns.
• Submit weekly activity and pipeline reports to management.

• *Account Engagement*: Ensure thorough tenant and client coverage through consistent, regular monthly relationship-building touchpoints
• *Sales Pipeline Management*: Actively sell high-visibility advertising products, media packages, and services to hit and exceed monthly targets
• *Business Development*: Identify, profile, and acquire fresh corporate advertisers and untapped market opportunities
• *Strategic Proposals*: Formulate, package, and deliver compelling marketing proposals that address the strategic visual needs of clients
• *High-Impact Pitches*: Confidently present our media locations, screen advantages, and company services to potential advertisers
• *Lead Tracking & CRM*: Generate and manage high-quality sales leads while maintaining a pristine, up-to-date client database
• *Cross-Functional Synergy*: Liaise directly with internal operations and technical teams to guarantee the flawless, on-time execution of client campaigns
• *Performance Reporting*: Submit structured weekly activity and pipeline tracking reports to management

*Qualifications & Experience*

• *Education*: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Mass Communications, or a related field
• *Relevant Experience*: Solid background in sales, advertising account management, or media solutions
• *Domain Advantage*: Prior experience selling or handling LED walls, Large Format Displays (LFDs), or commercial display products is a major plus
• *Technical Literacy*: Fully proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
• *Communication Powerhouse*: Exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with a strong, natural ability to persuade and close deals
• *Mobility & Drive*: Energetic, possessing a pleasant personality, and fully willing to travel within Metro Manila (with flexibility for occasional out-of-town sales blitzes)

Salary range: *₱20,000-₱30,000 + Attractive Sales Incentives*
