Job summary

Globaltronics Inc. Manila-based Account Manager will drive end-to-end sales for digital advertising placements and LED products. You will identify prospects, present solutions, and manage relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

You will collaborate with operations, creatives, and technical teams to deliver seamless project execution and meet monthly and quarterly targets while maintaining accurate forecasts and account records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, marketing or a related field.
• Proven sales or account management experience in a similar role.
• Ability to translate technical product features into client value.

ACCOUNT MANAGER (MANILA BASED)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage end-to-end sales activities for digital advertising placements and LED display products
• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across assigned territories
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat
  business
• Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and solution proposals
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, creatives, technical) to deliver seamless project
  execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support sales strategy
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and account documentation

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship or any related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience in sales, business development, account
  management, or customer service.
• Experience in sales and marketing, ideally from IT industry or related industries
• Ability to understand technical product features and translate them into client value
