Arsysmedia Technologies Philippines, Inc. is seeking a proactive sales professional to identify and engage advertisers, drive revenue, and expand the local market in Metro Manila.

You will build strong client relationships, present customized advertising solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to align sales, marketing and communications. The role involves closing contracts, managing accounts, and following up on payments while maintaining a proactive, goal-oriented attitude and ongoing

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage advertisers and clients.
• Drive sales through client engagement, suggestive selling, and strong product knowledge.
• Provide high-value, relevant information to the public, building owners, and tenants.
• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Develop new customers and expand the local market by communicating the value of advertising.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate new demand to increase revenue.
• Present, negotiate, and close contracts with advertisers and clients.
• Prepare customized proposals and advertising solutions that best fit client needs.
• Manage daily monitoring of account status and updates, and take action on pending accounts.
• Ensure consistent growth in the number of advertisers and clients.
• Develop specific sales plans to achieve 100% of assigned targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales, marketing, and communication efforts.
• Develop strategies to position the company as the #1 media network.
• Handle payment follow-ups and collections.
• Provide full support to clients throughout the sales and post-sales process.
• Demonstrate a positive, proactive, and goal-driven attitude.
• Show willingness to learn new skills and continuously improve technical knowledge.
