Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year degree in Advertising, Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Economics, Marketing, Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in activation/advertising/marketing is preferred.
• Strong client servicing and project management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects daily to ensure they meet objectives and run smoothly.
• Help develop campaign ideas and present them to clients with the aim of winning new business.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and updates.
• Provide prompt and accurate responses to client queries and concerns.
• Manage assigned accounts to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of solutions.
• Reach out to new client prospects, follow up on leads, and present company credentials to potential clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to deliver integrated solutions for campaigns.
• Participate in pitches with agency teams to win projects and secure new business.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or Management.

Job description

1. Oversee projects on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that they run smoothly with the end goal of achieving set objectives
2. Help develop campaign ideas and present these alongside agency colleagues, to clients with the aim of securing new business for the agency
3. Build strong client relationships with clients through regular communication
4. Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients' queries
5. Provide superior management of assigned accounts and ensuring client satisfaction
6. Reach out to new client prospects, following up on leads and scheduling company credentials presentation to new clients
7. Communicate and coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to deliver solutions
8. Participate in pitches along with other agency teams with the aim of winning projects and securing new business for the agency
9. Perform other duties and responsibilities that maybe assigned from time to time by the immediate superior or the Management

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year course (Advertising, Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Economics, Marketing, Management, or equivalent)
• Minimum 2-year work experience
• Work experience in an activation/advertising/marketing industry, an advantage
