Purchase tickets, make travel arrangement and itinerary for the Director of Marketing.
File and receive corporate documents, records and reports of the Director of Marketing.
Attend meetings called by the Director of Marketing in order to record minutes.
Manage and maintain the schedules of the Director of Marketing'
Maintain cleanliness of the office of the Director of Marketing.
Liquidate funds/receipts of expenses of the Director of Marketing.
Coordinate with concerned personnel, managers and affiliates for any directives/instructions of the Director of Marketing, and all other tasks assigned by the Director of Marketing.
