HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT DIVISION (HRMD), ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE (AS), TESDA CENTRAL OFFICE
SALARY: SG-11 (PhP 31,705.00) PERA: P2,000.00
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
- 25 % - Assists in the preparation and processing of payroll of salaries and allowances for Regular personnel
- 20 % - Assists in the preparation and processing of payroll of salaries for Job Order personnel
- 25 % - Assists in the processing of leave records including applications for leave, duly signed attendance record and the corresponding leave balance report
- 25 % - Prepares the Report on Salaries and Allowances (ROSA) and the report for absences and tardiness/undertime of employees
- 5 % - Performs other related functions as may be authorized.

- List of training programs attended indicating the number of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;
- Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2025 for outside applicants OR Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to June 2025 or July to December 2025(if applicable) (with at least Very Satisfactory Rating) for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
- Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
- List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details and email addresses for the following categories:
- Superior
- Peers
- Subordinates (if applicable)
- Clients (if applicable)
- Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma;
- Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
- Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
- Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable); and
- Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable)
