THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:15% - Prepares and reviews technical documents (i.e. Terms of Reference, project proposal);20% - Leads the conduct of research/studies;10% - Designs and implements monitoring and evaluation (M&E) systems and data analysis frameworks15% - Implements and/or coordinates programs, projects, and systems;15% - Oversees project implementation and reviews the work of lower-level specialist;10% - Provides technical assistance and services to internal and partner agencies/organizations;10% - Represents TESDA in inter-agency committee meetings; and5% - Performs such other functions as may be authorized.
