THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:5 % - Assists in the conceptualization of TVET programs and project for local and international funding assistance;5 % - Assists in the implementation and monitoring of technical cooperation programs/projects;5 % - Prepares Terms of Reference (TOR)/proposals/studies/researches and presentations;15 % - Conducts researches on TVET trends and development as inputs to position papers/proposals, among others;15% - Facilitates the management of technical cooperations of TESD programs/projects and other local and international bilateral labor agreements, including Mission/Exposure Visits and/or Conferences;5 % - Prepares budget proposals, work, and financial plans and periodic reports of the division;5 % - Provides technical support in the conduct of capability building programs on policy, planning and research;10% - Participates/attends inter-agency meetings/for a/ and/ or conferences;30% - Prepares communications, reports, minutes of meeting, and documentation reports;5 % - Performs other related functions as needed.
