SALARY: SG-18 (PhP 53,818.00)PERA: P2,000.00
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
- 25 % - Oversees, supervises, and monitors the overall operations, programs, activities, and personnel of the Recruitment, Selection and Placement Section;
- 25 % - Oversees the end-to-end recruitment, selection and placement process;
- 10 % - Provides technical and secretariat support to the Technical Working Group, as necessary, and to the Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board, and ensures proper documentation of recruitment and selection proceedings;
- 10 % - Oversees and acts on RSP related requests and correspondence involving personnel movement, such as reassignment, designation, transfer, return to mother unit, shifting of plantilla item number, authority to transfer, and other related personnel movement concerns;
- 10 % - Coordinates and facilitates requests for additional plantilla positions, creation or modification of plantilla items, and establishment of offices/operating units, including the preparation of justification reports and supporting documents for submission to the Department of Budget and Management;
- 15 % - Leads in the development, review, and improvement of Recruitment, Selection and Placement policies, procedures, systems, forms, databases, records, and documentation requirements, including PRIME-HRM evidence requirements;
- 5 % - Performs other related functions as may be authorized.

- Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2025 for outside applicants OR Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to June 2025 or July to December 2025(if applicable) (with at least Very Satisfactory Rating) for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
- Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
- List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details and email addresses for the following categories:
- Superior
- Peers
- Subordinates (if applicable)
- Clients (if applicable)
- Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma;
- Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
- Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
- Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable); and
- Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable)
