We're Hiring: Administrative Assistant (Executive Support & Inventory/Sales/Delivery Management)
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Administrative Manager to support management and help ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.
Responsibilities
- Review and verify delivery receipts (DRs), purchase orders (POs), invoices, and other business documents.
- Encode transactions accurately into the company's inventory management system and maintain organized records.
- Monitor and perform regular inventory checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Track inventory movement and assist in maintaining stock records.
- Coordinate with B2B clients regarding purchase orders, deliveries, order status, and other related concerns.
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse personnel, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Assist the company owner/management with administrative tasks and daily operational requirements.
- Monitor office workflows and follow up on pending tasks to ensure operations are running efficiently.
- Perform general administrative, clerical, and documentation duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or any related field is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other computer applications.
- Experience in administrative work, inventory management, logistics, or customer coordination is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Honest, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Able to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- [Able to speak Mandarin/Fookien is a plus!]
- Willing to work full-time in Valenzuela City.
