  • Oversee vendor relationships, service contracts, and third-party providers.
  • Coordinate office renovations, repairs, and facility improvements as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and government requirements.
  • Organize company meetings, events, and administrative logistics.
  • Support senior management with administrative reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Improve office processes by identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing solutions.
  • Monitor inventory of office assets and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle administrative concerns and resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, IT, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information and records.
  • Monitor the performance of outsourced service providers such as housekeeping, security, and maintenance.
  • Prepare periodic administrative reports and recommend process improvements.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.
