We are seeking a highly organized, trustworthy, and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to join our team in Kidapawan City. This role is essential in bridging the gap between our rubber purchasing operations, rubber manufacturing inventory, and our Davao-based management team.
The ideal candidate will manage the administrative side of operations, in assistance to senior administrative staff (purchasing and inventory). Due to the wide scope of our operations, a valid driver's license (motorcycle/vehicle) is a huge advantage.
Inventory Monitoring: Assist admin staff in on-site monitoring of rubber inventories.
Purchasing: Assist the admin staff in coordinating rubber purchases from different areas. This may involve monitoring purchasers, distributing funds, withdrawing funds, etc.
Experience in financial operations is required for effective fund management, including monitoring purchasers, distributing funds, and handling banking transactions.
Field Communication: Serve as the primary liaison for field personnel, providing real-time updates on price changes, buying quotas, and quality specifications.
Travel/Field Work: May be required to travel occasionally to the rubber processing plant or locally to banks/government offices. Due to the wide scope of our operations, a valid driver's license (motorcycle/vehicle) is a huge advantage.
Vendor Maintenance: Assist in maintaining an updated database of accredited rubber suppliers, farmers, and third-party traders.
Receipt Reconciliation: Ensure all financial liquidations are accurate.
Discrepancy Reporting: Identify and investigate supporting documents to minimize shrinkage or loss.
Quality Documentation: Record and file quality assessment reports (e.g., Dry Rubber Content or DRC levels) to ensure purchased materials meet factory standards.
Audit Support: Maintain a systematic filing system of all purchasing and inventory transactions for month-end internal audits and management reviews.
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Skills: Basic administrative organisation and reporting.
Communication: Excellent coordination skills to effectively liaise between local operations and middle/top management.
Location: Must be based in or willing to work in Kidapawan City (with occassional travel to Davao City).
Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of relevant administrative work experience is a plus.
Driving: Due to the wide scope of our operations, a valid driver's license (motorcycle/vehicle) is a huge advantage.
