THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
- 30% Setup, operation, and maintenance of AV Equipment
- 30% Technical support during events and presentations
- 20% Preventive maintenance and inventory management
- 10% Content preparation and documentation
- 10% Training and user assistance
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
- EDUCATION : High School Graduate or Completion of relevant vocational/trade courseEXPERIENCE : 2 years of relevant experienceTRAINING : 8 hours of relevant trainingELIGIBILITY : Audio-Visual Equipment Operator/Technician(MC 10, s. 2013, as amended-Cat. II)
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Specializes in setting up, operating, and troubleshooting microphones, speakers,amplifiers, and mixers to ensure clear and balanced sound quality for events,meetings, and recordings
- Expertise in projectors, LED walls, monitors, and display systems, includingcalibration and alignment for optimal viewing
- Video production and editing
- Lighting and stage effects
- Multimedia integration and troubleshooting
Required Documents:
- Duly accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017)
- Service Records
- List of training programs attended indicating the number of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates
- Performance Ratings/IPCR for the last rating period
- For government employees only: a copy of previous appointment
- Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office
- Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (MM-DD-YY to MM-DD-YY)
- Certified true copy of Transcript of Records/Diploma
- Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC
- List of References with complete name, email address and contact number/s
- One (1) immediate superior
