POSITION: TECHNICAL EDUCATION AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST II

SALARY: SG-16, Php45,694.00PERA: P2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

• ? (20%) Facilitates and conducts competency-based training in Basic,Common and Core Competencies to ensure high-quality TVET program delivery;
• ? ((20%) Lead Research and Development (R & D) to innovate trainingmethodologies and enhance the technical delivery of TVET programs;
• ? (15%) Manages technical communication and instructional directives to ensurethe effective implementation of TVET programs;
• ? (10%) Collaborates with industry groups and association to align PTC trainingprograms with current labor market standards;
• ? (10%) Provides expert technical and instructional services to maximize the skillacquisition of agency beneficiaries and trainees;
• ? (10%) Directs the implementation of the SIPTVETS-RTIC Project through technicalcoordination with partner training institutions;
• ? (5%) Evaluates training outcomes and consolidate projects data into periodicreports on competency achievement and activities;
• ? (5%) Design and enhance competency-based curricula and instructional materialsto maintain high standards in the assigned subject field; and
• ? (5%) Performs other related functions to support institutional training goals.

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• ? National Certificate II (NC II) and Trainers Methodology Certificate holder
• ? National TVET Trainer's Certificate Holder (NTTC) of Mechatronics Servicing or Electronic Product Assembly and Servicing and/or other related Industrial Automation Qualification.
• ? Can work Robotics?
• ? Good in oral and written communications/Technical Writing?
• ? Working knowledge of MS Office Applications?
• ? Good interpersonal relationship and work attitude?
