THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
- ? 20% Manages the Operations and performs Administrative functions of theProvincial Training Center; Ensures proper implementation of programs and services by monitoringprogram activities based on the approved plan; Evaluates program implementation by checking status of program indicators ifbeing accomplished according to plan; Evaluates applications for UTPRAS, PTCACS and other programs by validatingdocuments for completeness, accuracy and authenticity before the signatureof the Regional Director; Evaluates assigned TESD programs and present findings andrecommendations to the supervisors.
- ? 20% Assists the Provincial Director in developing policies by recommendingguidelines, systems and procedures to ensure effective and efficient deliveryof programs and services.
- ? 15% Assists in establishing and maintaining public relations with the community by formal forging of partnerships through memorandum ofAgreement/understanding or contracts with industrial and communitypartners; Visits and suggests improvements of community extension projects in thesurrounding areas of the school under his/her jurisdiction; Assists agency beneficiaries by providing accurate and complete informationon programs and services, contact persons, program requirements, and otherrelevant information; Maintains public relations with community, industry, government and non-government organizations through regular communication and engagement in TESDA programs and services.
- ? 15% Assists in preparing the Office Commitment and Review Form byrecommending work distribution and scheduling of programs or activities toensure alignment with the Office mandates, priorities and deliverables; Assists in coordinating and monitoring the operations of the Office by trackingthe progress of work/deliverables and reviewing the outputs of the staff toensure accomplishment of deliverables in accordance with targets andstandards; Assists in identifying development needs of the staff by discussing with thestaff their performance and recommending appropriate intervention/s toensure that they meet current and future job roles.
- ? 10% Ensures the effective implementation of TESDA Quality Systems towards itscontinuous improvement and pursuant to ISO 9001:2015 standardrequirements through consistent adherence to quality procedures andsystems.
- ? 10% Initiates social marketing, advocacy and networking through conduct oforientations, career guidance sessions in public and private high schools,dissemination of school brochures and pamphlets, guesting in radio and TVprograms, social media postings and announcements, meetings with variousgroups.
- ? 10% Assists the Provincial Director in directing/supervising and coordinating the operations and activities of the office.
- ? 10% Leads in the preparation of reports by coordinating and monitoring thesubmission of reports by responsible staff.

EDUCATION : Bachelor's Degree relevant to the jobEXPERIENCE : 3 years of relevant experienceTRAINING : 16 hours of relevant trainingELIGIBILITY : Career Service Professional (2nd Level Eligibility)
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be an NC and NTTC holder
- Must be physically fit with good moral character
- Advance oral and written communication skills
- Computer and digital literacy, especially in MS Office Applications
- Adheres to professional work ethics
- Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Advance Analytical Skills
