The ideal candidate will ensure timely purchasing, quality control of delivered items, and proper coordination with suppliers and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the procurement of food ingredients, kitchen supplies, and restaurant consumables to meet operational needs
• Ensure timely purchasing and delivery
• Inspect delivered items for quality, quantity, freshness, and compliance with specifications
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal operations teams
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Conduct market purchasing and field assignments when necessary
• Adapt to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as required by operational needs

Qualifications

• Vocational Graduate, College Level, or College Graduate in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Experience in purchasing, inventory management, food service operations, kitchen operations, or restaurant operations is an advantage
• Knowledge of food ingredients, kitchen equipment, restaurant supplies, and consumables
• Ability to inspect quality, quantity, freshness, and specifications of delivered items
• Strong coordination and communication skills for dealing with suppliers and internal departments
• Organized, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and proficient in record-keeping and documentation
• Willingness to conduct market purchasing and field assignments when necessary
