Job summary

Standard Bridge Philippine Corp. in Pasig is seeking a Purchasing Staff to source fresh ingredients, dry goods, and kitchen equipment from reliable suppliers.

You will conduct daily or weekly stock counts to monitor inventory turnover and prevent spoilage, and you will inspect incoming deliveries for quality and compliance. You will coordinate deliveries to mall branches, monitor market price changes, and update food cost sheets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Hospitality Management (HRM), or any business-related field.
• Strong coordination and scheduling abilities, negotiation skills, and proficiency in Excel.
• Skilled in various software applications especially Microsoft Excel.
• Self-starter, adaptive with good communication skills.
• Prior internship experience in a restaurant, hotel, warehouse, or logistics environment is a major plus.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
