Private Advertiser is seeking an Admin & HR Manager to lead all HR operations and administrative functions in the Philippines. You will drive recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, and policy compliance.
The role focuses on strategic workforce management, staffing for faculty and administrative positions, and coaching the HR/administrative team to deliver effective organizational support.
The Admin & HR Manager provides overall leadership for the institution's Human Resources and administrative functions, ensuring effective workforce management, employee relations, HR compliance, administrative services, and organizational support. The position serves as a strategic partner in managing people, policies, staffing, employee concerns, and administrative requirements that support the effective institution's operation.
Lead the overall HR operations covering recruitment, onboarding, employment documentation, attendance, leave, payroll inputs, benefits, regularization, employee movements, and separation.
Develop and implement manpower plans for all department and support personnel.
Lead recruitment and selection for faculty, non-teaching, administrative, and support positions.
Partner with Department Heads on staffing requirements, employee performance, attendance, and workforce concerns.
Manage employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary cases, investigations, notices, and appropriate documentation.
Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, government regulations, and institutional policies.
Monitor manpower requirements, vacancies, recruitment priorities, and staffing levels.
Ensure timely processing of HR transactions, including attendance, leave, employee movements, payroll inputs, benefits, and government-mandated requirements.
Oversee the institution's administrative support functions and General Services Office.
Lead, coach, and develop the HR and administrative team.
Experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance
Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government regulations
Ability to manage payroll coordination and HR documentation
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Experience in policy development and process improvement
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, Education Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
At least 5–8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources and Administration.
At least 3 years of managerial experience.
Experience in the other service-oriented organization is strongly preferred.
