Job summary

RCBC in Makati is seeking an Account Specialist to support relationship development and client servicing. You will assist in transaction coordination, documentation, and cross-department collaboration to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.

Fresh graduates or candidates with banking exposure are welcome; you will receive mentoring from a Relationship Manager, gain insights into credit processes, and build a foundation for a future Relationship Manager role.

Qualifications

• Graduation in business or finance is required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; banking experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Background in credit/financial analysis is preferred.
• Knowledge of banking practices and regulatory policies is advantageous.
• Ability to conduct meetings and interact with top management.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day client transactions.
• Manage documentation and compliance; ensure information is up-to-date.
• Generate collateral business and deposits; promote bank services.
• Solicit new, quality clients.
• Package credit accommodations and gather necessary documents.
• Monitor loan and account maturities; supervise borrowing activity.
