Job summary

RCBC in Makati seeks a Relationship Manager with 5–7 years in transaction banking to maximize commercial effectiveness across corporate and business banking sectors. You will drive post-deal reviews, partner with external banks and YGC affiliates to bundle RCBC solutions, and design targeted sales initiatives to boost CASA ADB and overall client value.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business administration, management, finance, marketing, accounting, or economics.
Working knowledge of cash management, electronic banking, transaction banking, and banking regulations.
5–7 years of industry experience in transaction banking and accounts or relationship management.
Proficiency in customary office software.

Responsibilities

Conduct post-deal reviews to understand why mandates were won or lost, and use these insights to refine the IBG sales strategy and product positioning.
Collaborate with external Bank partners and YGC affiliates to bundle solutions with RCBC products, creating a more comprehensive and 'sticky' client ecosystem
Conceptualize and execute targeted sales 'Sprints' designed to drive immediate spikes in CASA ADB and throughout.
