Altrad Pacific Shared Services Inc. seeks an Accounts Receivable Associate to handle banking, credit note allocations, and new account setups (PPSRs) in a hybrid role based in Alabang, Muntinlupa. You will process AR transactions, issue invoices and adjustments, and manage PPSRs with accuracy.

The ideal candidate holds a finance-related degree with 3+ years of AR experience, proficient in accounting software and MS Office, and can communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.

Job description

The Accounts Receivable Associate is primarily focus in banking, credit note allocations and setting up of new accounts/PPSR’s

The current key tasks of this role:

• Processing accounts receivable transactions
• Sending invoices, statements, credit notes and adjustments
• Ensuring banking and allocation processes are completed accurately and on time, including management of unallocated monies and contra transactions
• Sending the daily banking file to the branches
• Reconciling trade accounts and following up authorizations, including checking ABN and personal guarantee details for accuracy and compliance
• Loading new customer details into AX and ensuring all information is entered accurately
• Lodging and renewing PPSRs, ensuring the register is up to date and all applicable accounts have valid PPSRs in place
• Liaising with external customers and internal stakeholders regarding queries, transfers and credit requests
• Drafting professional email communications to customers
• Investigating and resolving discrepancies between payments received and invoices
• Following up debtor queries and maintaining the accounts receivable inbox

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or any related courses
• With at least three (3) years of relevant experience
• Knowledgeable in using any relevant accounting tools/software and MS Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, etc.)
• Proven ability to work effectively either as an individual or member of a team and relate effectively with staff on all levels
• Proven ability to communicate, both orally and in writing, in a clear and concise manner.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and identify and deal with problem
• Willing to work on a hybrid set up in Alabang, Muntinlupa
