Altrad Pacific Shared Services Inc. seeks an Accounts Receivable Associate to handle banking, credit note allocations, and new account setups (PPSRs) in a hybrid role based in Alabang, Muntinlupa. You will process AR transactions, issue invoices and adjustments, and manage PPSRs with accuracy.

The ideal candidate holds a finance-related degree with 3+ years of AR experience, proficient in accounting software and MS Office, and can communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
• At least three years of relevant experience.
• Knowledgeable in using accounting tools/software and MS Office.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing.
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup in Alabang, Muntinlupa.

Responsabilités

• Processing accounts receivable transactions.
• Sending invoices, statements, credit notes and adjustments.
• Ensuring banking and allocation processes are completed accurately and on time.
• Lodging and renewing PPSRs; maintaining up-to-date registers.
