An automotive group is seeking candidates for a position requiring a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Financial Accounting. Responsibilities include preparing sales invoices, monitoring receivables, and preparing various financial reports. Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience in the field and be proficient in accounting software. This role is based in Quezon City.

Formación

• 2-4 years of work experience in the same field.
• Knowledge of Accounting Principles.

Responsabilidades

• Receives and checks Unit Request for Release & Gross Profit Analysis.
• Prepares Sales Invoice for Units & Parts Sales.
• Prepares Invoice for Employee Cash Advances.
• Reviews & monitors Aging Receivables on a regular basis.
• Follows up status of proceeds and DI to Sales & Admin Department.
• Receives payment and issues receipt for collections.
• Monitors and follows up liquidation of Employee Advances.
• Prepares Statement of Account.
• Prepares VAT Report, collection Report & Sales Report for Unit Releases.
• Checks reconciliation of Customer Balances.

• Receives payment and issue receipt for collections (Unit Reservations, Downpayments , Proceeds, etc.)
• Monitors and follow up liquidation of Employee Advances.
• Preparation of Statement of Account
• Preparation of VAT Report (Sales), collection Report & Sales Report for Unit Releases
• Checking ad Reconciliation of Customer Balances

Qualifications

• EDUCATION Bachelor’s Degree inAccountancy / Financial Accounting
• EXPERIENCE 2-4 years of work experience in the same field
• WORKING RELATIONSHIP UAAGI Employees; FMPI Employees; Dealership
• COMPETENCIES
• KNOWLEDGE Knowledge of Accounting Principles
