Job summary

Eiger Support Systems Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our accounting team in the Philippines. You will process invoices, verify price and freight accuracy, research vendor statements, and communicate discrepancies to vendors and warehouses.

The role supports US-based wholesale/retail operations and requires strong English communication. Qualified candidates have a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years AP experience, proficiency with ERP systems (Navision, SAP, Oracle or NetSuite),

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• At least 2 years experience as Accounts Payable Specialist for US-based Wholesale/Retail.
• 2+ years using ERP systems such as Navision, SAP, Oracle or NetSuite.
• Excellent verbal and written English; 50 WPM with 95% accuracy.
• Willingness to work in the evening shift starting 8:00 PM Manila Time.
• Stable broadband (≥100 Mbps) and a PC with modern specs.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming invoices: price, quantity, freight accuracy.
• Research and review vendor statements; notify discrepancies.
• Notify vendors, warehouses and purchasing of discrepancies.
• Notify vendors of payment details when requested; email credits not received.
• Follow up with purchasing regarding discrepancies.
• All other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English required.
• Typing speed of at least 50 Words Per Minute (WPM) with a minimum accuracy of 95%.
• Willingness to work in the evening shift (starting from 8:00 PM Manila Time).
• A stable fiber internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps (download and upload).
• High-performance PC/Laptop with the following minimum specifications:
  • Minimum of 6-core processors (2.5 GHz or higher).
