You’ll collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies, monitor aging, and support month-end closing and financial reporting. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and timely payments to support the company’s goals in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Minimum 2 years of accounts payable experience.
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting systems.
• Strong knowledge of office software and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Processing and recording supplier invoices.
• Managing employee advances, liquidations, reimbursements, and other payment requests.
• Reviewing invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with policies.
• Coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Monitoring AP aging and following up outstanding items.
• Supporting timely payment processing.
• Assisting with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Supporting accruals and financial reporting requirements.
• Maintaining accurate and complete financial records.
