Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• CPA and non-CPA applicants may apply.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling invoices.
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination with suppliers and internal departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Verify stock received and returned invoices before recording transactions.
• Review supplier invoices against purchase orders and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to resolve discrepancies between supplier invoices, purchase orders, and inventory receipts.
• Ensure document alterations are reviewed and authorized before processing.
• Validate payment terms and discounts against purchasing records.
• Process accounts payable transactions accurately and within established timelines.
• Prepare debit memos when necessary.
• Maintain organized records of supplier invoices and documents.
• Reconcile supplier subsidiary ledgers with the general ledger and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing accounts payable reports for audits and management.
