Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance or related field.
• Experience in Accounts Payable or accounting preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

• Strong attention to detail, integrity and time management.

Responsibilities

• Verify supplier invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documents.
• Prepare payment vouchers and process approved supplier payments.
• Monitor accounts payable records and payment schedules.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with audits.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Department Head or Management
