MicroSourcing is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage regional AP activities with accuracy and timeliness. The role involves vendor reconciliations, PR/PO lifecycle management, and dispute resolution in collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in AP/procurement, strong financial knowledge, and excellent English communication. Onsite work at Harton Corporate Center, Parañaque City, with shifting schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in procurement and accounts payable across multiple countries.
• Strong analytical skills and solid financial knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.

Your Role

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will:

• Oversee and execute regional accounts payable activities while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare comprehensive vendor account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and handle escalations.
• Manage the purchase requisition (PR) and purchase order (PO) life cycle, including issuing required purchase documentation.
• Resolve disputed invoices by collaborating with key vendors and internal stakeholders during strategic meetings.
• Standardize and automate financial processes to improve efficiency, ensure compliance, and align with regional guidelines.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any Accounting-related course
• 1 to 3 years of experience in procurement and accounts payable handling multiple countries
• Strong analytical skills and deep financial knowledge
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Proficiency in additional regional or foreign languages is a major plus
• Hands-on experience with regional guidelines, audit compliance, and financial reporting
• Experience in process improvement, standardization, and workflow automation
• Familiarity with enterprise ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Proven background in vendor dispute resolution and complex reconciliation handling
