Job summary

MicroSourcing in Pasay City is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to control expenses by verifying, reconciling, and processing supplier invoices and preparing payment proposals. The role also provides financial and clerical support to the organization.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years' AP experience, is proficient with MS Dynamics or SAP, and can manage spreadsheets, reconciliations, and ad-hoc tasks. This onsite, day-shift position offers competitive rewards and benefits.

Qualifications

• AP accountants with 7+ years' invoicing experience on MS Dynamics or SAP systems.
• Experience in administration or accounts payable.
• Understanding of spreadsheets and reconciliation procedures.
• A current driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Extract, print and process supplier invoices and statements.
• Prepare EFTs and manage payment of suppliers in accordance with payment terms.
• Distribute invoices to Managers for approval and chase return thereof.
• Reconcile supplier statements, follow up outstanding invoices.
• Respond to supplier account queries and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Produce monthly AP reconciliation reports.
• Assist with month end closing reports and reconciliations.
• Process credit notes and customer claims.
