Hammerjack Pty. Ltd. Philippine Branch Office is seeking a detail-driven Accounts Payable Officer to keep invoices, payments, reconciliations, and financial records accurate.

The role supports the finance team across day-to-day accounts payable and general accounting activities, with a hybrid setup in Makati. You will process invoices, schedule payments, reconcile statements, and help close month-end activities while maintaining clear records and collaborating with internal teams to ensure

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting support.
• Experience with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, SAP, Oracle, DEXT, Hubdoc or similar.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word with accurate data entry.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and finance processes.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and with a wider team.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices accurately and in line with company policies.
• Prepare and schedule supplier and vendor payments on time.
• Reconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records and filing systems.
• Assist with vendor management and respond to supplier queries.
• Support month-end and year-end closings including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Assist with ad hoc analysis, reporting, audits, and other finance tasks.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to keep operations smooth.
