Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, financial management, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; accounting experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel; SAP/ERP knowledge is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information.
• Willing to work onsite and collaborate with different departments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recording and processing financial transactions and maintaining accounting records.
• Support accounts payable activities including clearing of advances, reconciliation, and document processing.
• Organize, file, and maintain accounting documents for proper monitoring and audit compliance.
• Assist in inventory monitoring, reconciliation, and month-end physical counts.
• Support month-end closing activities and preparation of financial reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding accounting documents and discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
• Prepare and consolidate documents needed for audits and financial reviews.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
