Responsibilities

• Match invoices with purchase orders.
• Enter and code invoices into the accounting system.
• Schedule and prepare payment runs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier records.
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payments and discrepancies.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve outstanding issues.
• Ensure all payments are approved according to internal policies.
• Prepare recharge invoices to clients for project work.
